We provide the very highest level of customer support. From the moment you register for an Ultra X, to the second you cross that finish line, we are here to guide and assist you every step of the way.

We understand that signing up to a multi-stage ultramarathon, especially on your own, can be a daunting experience. However, it doesn’t have to be and we have taken the following steps to ensure this.

Upon registering for a race, one of our team members will send you a time for your introductory call. On this call we will introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have, and there are usually a lot.

We find that these calls are a great opportunity to break the ice and generally build on one of our four brand values – accessibility.

Whichever team member hosts your call, this person will become your relationship manager. They will share their number with you and generally be there throughout the entire race build-up. We have a great Resources page which includes all sorts of information regarding kit and nutrition, but we understand that sometimes that human touch can often make tough decisions a little easier.

We also understand that some of our participants have different levels of experience – varying from ‘some’ to ‘a lot’, so if you would prefer not to have an introductory call that is completely up to you.

It’s important to remember that:

~ 40% of all Ultra X finishers have never run a marathon before. This means that if you’re a ‘newbie’ to the ultra world then you are NOT alone!

~ 80% of Ultra X participants enter on their own but they NEVER leave that way
