Ultra X Kenya is more than a race – it’s a 5 day safari on foot where you’ll get the chance to share the trails with many of Africa’s mighty ‘Big Five’.

Whatever your pace – this trip will live long in the memory of all those who choose to take it on.

During this unforgettable week, competitors will experience the place, the people, and the beauty of this iconic country in full. Ultra X welcomes runners and walkers and everyone in between. The majority of people who take part in this event will walk half the course.

THE AFRICAN SLAM!

Can you complete the continent?

The Africa Slam is awarded to those who complete all Ultra X events on the African continent.

With the addition of Ultra X Kenya athletes must complete all five African events — Morocco, Rwanda, Kenya, South Africa, and Sahara – to earn the award.

Awards will be presented at the finish line of the participant’s final African event. There is no time limit on completing the Africa Slam.
