Sabrina Pace-Humphreys is a mother of four and grandmother of two. She is an amateur trail and mountain ultra runner, run coach, podcast host and ED&I activist.

In 2020, Sabrina co-founded a community and campaign group called Black Trail Runners and is on a mission to increase the diversity of the trail running scene. In this interview we explore how we as race organisers and individuals can continue to champion the incredible work of people like Sabrina. The takeaway?
