How the programme works

There are 20 places available in the collective and the group composition will be reviewed each year allowing new people with fresh ideas to contribute.

The Ultra X Collective is an exclusive, handpicked group of 20 individuals who truly embody the Ultra X spirit. This collective will serve as our core team, directly influencing the future of Ultra X and our direction. The focus here is on quality over quantity-fewer members, but far richer interactions and contributions.

ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS

Feedback & Ideas:

We expect members to provide regular feedback on Ultra X events, products, and new initiatives. Members will be expected to participate in a quarterly virtual focus group and one annual in person event.

Participation:

Ultra X Collective members will be expected to participate in a minimum of one Ultra X race per year as a participant.

Community Building:

Members are expected to act as leaders within the Ultra X community, sharing their experiences, motivating others, and helping to grow the Ultra X brand.

Content Creation:

Members are expected to contribute to Ultra X’s social media channels with content such as race reports, training tips or event photography. Each member should endeavour to collaborate with Ultra X on a minimum of one content piece over the course of the year.
