WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL HELD?
The Ultra X Summit 2019 is taking place at Herriard Estate, Herriard Park, Herriard, Basingstoke RG25 2PL, UK
• All running and guided runs
• 1 night of camping (Saturday the 27th, you will need to bring a tent!)
• All talks
• BBQ Dinner on the evening of the 27th (we cater for all dietary requirements)
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?
• Alcohol (It can be purchased on site only)
• Additional meals/drinks
• Showers! Hopefully you can survive 24 hours on wet wipes!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
• A tent
• Sleeping bag
• Running kit
• Normal clothes
• Toiletries/ Wet wipes
• A head torch
• Your own eating/ drinking utensils (we will have some available on site but want to reduce waste where we can)
Parking will be available at Herriard Estate from 1000 on 27th July until 1600 28th July. The postcode to plug into your sat nav’s is RG25 2PL.
It is an 11 minute taxi from Basingstoke Train Station or a 5 mile run…
If booking a taxi to the venue, please ask to be taken too St Mary’s Church which is at the end of the driveway to Herriard Estate.
WHEN DOES THE EVENT START AND FINISH?
The site opens at 10:00 on Saturday 27th July and closes at 16:00 on Sunday 28th July.
Please note there is no access to the Summit for new arrivals outside the car park opening times (see below). If you arrive after you will not be able to park your car or enter the campsite.

If you wish to leave the campsite after checking in, you must return before closing.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
We encourage all tickets to be bought online in advance. Tickets on the door will be subject to availability and only cash will be accepted.
To park in the Herriard Estate carpark, you will need to pre-book a space for your car. A regular carpark ticket for the full weekend costs £5.00 per vehicle if you book in advance. It will cost £10.00 if you book your car park ticket at the festival gate. To confirm this please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Campervan spaces for the Ultra X Summit 2019 are available to purchase for £39 per vehicle. No tickets are available to purchase on the gate so please ensure you book your campervan before they sell out. To do so please email email@example.com
Included in your Summit ticket is camping. The campsite opens at 10:00 July 27th and closes at 16:00 on July 28th. The campsite is clearly sign posted from the gate and car park.
DOGS AT ULTRA X SUMMIT
Well behaved dogs are welcome however must be kept on leads at all times. Staff or security reserve the right to ask miss-behaving dogs to leave the premises. In this case, a refund will not be offered.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Under no circumstances should you bring any of the following to the Summit
• Glass — absolutely no glass is allowed on site for safety reasons
• Large stereo systems
• Illegal substances / drugs
• Alcoholic drinks
• Large stereo systems
• Portable laser equipment and pens
• Unauthorized film or video equipment
• Air Horns
• Fireworks, flares or Chinese Lanterns
• Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
• Gas Canisters
CHALLENGE 21 POLICY
The Ultra X bars will be operating a ‘Challenge 21’ policy and we reserve the right to ask to see a valid form of identification (passport or driving licence) if we think you look under the age of 21. Take it as a compliment!
LEAVE NO TRACE & NO SINGLE USE PLASTIC
We are aiming to be a single-use plastics free zone. This means minimal plastic on site. Please use the bins, look to recycle where possible, bring a water bottle to refill, and do not litter the site.
FOOD AT THE SUMMIT
It won’t be necessary to bring anything at all to the festival food wise. Dinner on the evening of the 27th is included in your ticket. We recommend bringing cash as we will not be accepting card at all stands.
ARE THERE CASH POINT (ATM) FACILITIES ONSITE?
There is no cash machine on site. The closest is in Basingstoke which is 3.9 miles away.

BARS AT THE ULTRA X SUMMIT
Please don’t bring any alcohol to the event. No pre-purchased alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the festival site and our security team reserve the right to enforce this. SMOKING AT THE ULTRA X SUMMIT Smoking is permitted at the Summit, however we ask you too ALWAYS stay in the designated areas and be careful where you put your butts. We do not want to have to call the fire brigade!

We are delighted to be welcoming TRIBE, SUUNTO, MyRaceKit and Salomon to the summit. Each will have their own stand with freebies, test products and exclusive items available for purchase.
I CAN’T MAKE THE ENTIRE WEEKEND, CAN I COME FOR A DAY?
Of course! Unfortunately, we only have one ticket category but once in you will be free to come and go, subject to the box office being open.

I CAN’T COME ANYMORE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable. However, you can change the name of the booking however and therefore transfer your booking over to someone else.
To do this you will need to get the new lead booker to set up a profile by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to inform them of the name and e-mail address of the person you would like to transfer your booking to.
