the rainbow run
This winter, we’ve joined forces with running club and mental health support group Run Talk Run to bring you a community challenge like no other. In January, our communities will be coming together to take on The Rainbow Run – a 50km ultramarathon through the streets of London to raise money for NHS Charities Together.
Run Talk Run is an inclusive running group that aims to make running and mental health support less intimidating and more accessible and The Rainbow Run is a chance to bring our communities together at a time when mental health concerns are most reported, to challenge ourselves, and to raise money for a great cause!
The cost of the event is £35. Of this, £20 will go straight to NHS Charities Together. The remaining £15 will cover the cost of your special eco-friendly event technical t-shirt.
Check out the Information pack below for full details.
The route begins at Kew Bridge and finishes in The Regent’s Park, covering 50km of London’s streets and trails. There will be four checkpoints situated approximately every 10km and you can begin and finish at whichever checkpoint you like.
Our scenic journey will take in some of the city’s most famous landmarks, including Richmond Park, Battersea Park, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and The Mall. Click on the image below to view an enlarged version of the map.
