Carla is a record breaking ultra runner, adventurer and running coach. In 2020, she took on and smashed the female LEJOG World Record and we’ve spoken to her previously on this incredible ultra running achievement here.

We discuss how best to prepare your strategy for a multi-stage race and why it’s important to concentrate on the final day as much as the first!
