Sam is one of the Ultra X Co-Founders. If he's not actually out running, chances are he's busy writing about it (or plotting Ultra X strategy!)
Carla is a record breaking ultra runner, adventurer and running coach. In 2020, she took on and smashed the female LEJOG World Record and we’ve spoken to her previously on this incredible ultra running achievement here.
In this interview, we talk about her most recent endurance feat at the HOKA Carbon X2 Project where she ran 100km at 4.47min/km pace(!) and her thoughts on Ultra X 125 Scotland this May. We discuss how best to prepare your strategy for a multi-stage race and why it’s important to concentrate on the final day as much as the first!
